Keith Haring Exhibition at the Fenimore
Had an amazing visit to Cooperstown to visit the Fenimore Art Museum.
Yes “another white van on the road” but price became the factor on this job. This is the 2nd wrap I’ve done for Elco Motor Yachts.
Verrillo Motor Car hired me to give some life to their showroom and to dress up the beige cubicles that take up about 1/4 of the showroom space. I designed some panels with historic pictures of the business and gave them a dark grey tint to have them blend with the floor.
With 40 years in the car business, I designed a special crest for them to use to celebrate the accomplishment. This has been used on all marketing streams, collateral material and so much more.
The Verrillo sign has dimensional lettering on brushed aluminum, along with some direct to substrate printing. Dino Petrocelli photographs flank the sign and are reverse printed on 1” thick glass.
Variations on a website redesign for Verrillo Motor Car Co.

Another great experience to share with my son Liam. We drove round trip 7 hours on the last day the show was open and we were not disappointed. The buzz from this show will linger for a long time, the creative juices are flowing.
BEYOND THE STREETS is a celebration of society’s most creative misfits, whose impacts are undeniable but often overlooked. By shining a much-needed light on one of contemporary culture’s most storied movements, BEYOND THE STREETS is the leading voice of, and platform for, mark makers and rule breakers everywhere.
The team at Boujee boards came to me with a pretty solid idea of what they wanted… Here is sketch number 1 for their van. Out of Colorado these guys and gals will be taking the van to events across the country.
To complement the 50s Cars & Culture exhibition, I worked with George Frayne, AKA Commander Cody. George focused on the grills of the cars that had a very aeronautical look. Automotive design drew influence from the war time - planes, thanks, bombs bullets - this all stemmed from WWII and the look and feel coming out of the war time air craft. Check out the design cues… George is a good friend and had a crazy Rock N’ Roll life… check out his website commandercody.com
This car was Ferrari’s only entry into the Indy 500. Lots of history here… I took about 1000 images, what a great day. I love seeing cars overhead… Just an unexpected angle that isn’t normally seen.
This exhibit was about the 1950s Cars and Culture. Futurism, the rise of the middle class, family values. I used a blue wallpaper texture throughout the exhibition, along with cutouts of old ads, movies stars from the day etc. etc. I sometimes will put an easter egg in my designs, when it suits the design - You’ll see a friends face somewhere…
It was my pleasure to work with the Rolling Bones Hot Rod Shop to design their exhibition…

Talking art with my boys.
Working closely with the guys at the Hot Rod Rolling Bones Hot Rod Shop this exhibit was a blast to design. While drawing inspiration from the Barn where these rods are created I was drawn to the warm wood texture of the barn wood. Using that as a texture throughout the exhibit created a consistent feel throughout the exhibit graphics.
It’s only about works of art that will stir your soul! The words written on the business plan when the Rolling Bones decided to quit their teaching jobs and start a Hot Rod Shop.
